This handout picture taken on January 30, 2016 and obtained from the Marine Nationale (French Navy) on February 1, 2016 shows the Panamanian-registered cargo ship "Modern Express", which has been drifting since January 26 in the Atlantic Ocean off the western coast of France. A new and last attempt began on February 1 according to French authorities. The Panamanian-registered Modern Express cargo ship is set to hit the coastline not far from the western French resort of La Rochelle at some point between Monday night and Tuesday night, unless rescue teams can successfully attach a tow line. The 22 crew of the Modern Express were evacuated by helicopter in dramatic scenes last Tuesday after an unexplained breakdown caused the boat to tilt dangerously. - RESTRICTED TO EDITORIAL USE - MANDATORY CREDIT "AFP PHOTO / MARINE NATIONALE" - NO MARKETING NO ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS - DISTRIBUTED AS A SERVICE TO CLIENTS - MANDATORY USE WITH STORIES ABOUT THE MARINE NATIONALE / AFP / Loïc Bernardin / RESTRICTED TO EDITORIAL USE - MANDATORY CREDIT "AFP PHOTO / MARINE NATIONALE" - NO MARKETING NO ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS - DISTRIBUTED AS A SERVICE TO CLIENTS - MANDATORY USE WITH STORIES ABOUT THE MARINE NATIONALE
