Celebrando el Festival Gedong –
China. AFP. Un lama en el tejado del monasterio de Ganden Sumtsenling en Shangri -La, Diqing prefectura autónoma tibetana, provincia suroccidental china de Yunnan , el 5 de enero de 2016.
El Festival Gedong es la fiesta más importante de la región y se celebró en el monasterio conocido como Songzanlin , y el de Guihuasi a finales de noviembre de cada año del calendario tibetano.
La danza Cham es el clímax, donde artistas con máscaras y disfraces representan deidades y fantasmas .
